pbo wins the engineering competition and starts planning a recycling center in Velbert for Technische Betriebe Velbert AöR. The new replacement building for the Velbert recycling center is being built on an area of up to 7,050 m². pbo is providing the services of the general planner. The project and specialist planning includes buildings and interiors, engineering structures, outdoor facilities, structural planning and technical equipment.
